Meet the Directors
Ian MacDonald
Ian has held numerous Chief Executive and senior management positions in both the public and private sectors. With over 30 years experience working in the healthcare industry in both operational and consulting roles, Ian understands the pressures and responsibilities of high quality service delivery in complex and demanding environments. His highly developed analytical and project management skills allows him to work with organisations to deliver sustainable solutions and organisational improvements.
Ian’s qualifications include a Masters of Management and Bachelor of Health Administration. He holds a number of professional memberships including a fellow of both the Australian Institute of Management and the Australasian College of Health Service Management.
Owen Thomas
Owen has over 30 years experience in the healthcare industry in both public and privates sectors. He has held a broad range of executive and managerial roles including Chief Executive Officer, General Manager and Area Director positions. Owen’s strong strategic, operational and interpersonal skills allow him to identify the core issues and develop strategic and tactical solutions that support organisations to achieve their desired results.
Owen’s qualifications include a Master of Health Administration, Bachelor of Commerce and specialist qualifications including Management Development Programs and Strategic HR Management.
